Dominic Mills, Managing Director

Following his graduation from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Business Studies, Dominic began his career at Unisys. There he led a high-profile multi-million pound IT integration project for a major public sector client, before co-founding Auros in 2001 with zero external funding. He has since led the development of Auros from a standing start to a highly respected position among industry peers, with Auros being recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 and HSBC European Business Awards.

Dominic continues to lead Auros, driving the overall business strategy and overseeing all functional areas, but with the majority of his time being focused on business development. 

Peter Harding, Finance Director

Peter is a highly experienced Finance Director having held a number of senior appointments in large commercial organisations including latterly as Divisional Finance Director at Thames Water Commercial.

Peter joined Auros as Finance Director in September 2011. Peter is also a director of Alpha Financials.

Ciaran Wallace, Project Delivery Manager

Ciaran joined Auros in 2009 having previously held IT project management roles at Somerfield and Tata and a client facing consultancy role for Unity Information Systems. Ciaran originally joined Auros as a senior project manager and in April 2011 was appointed Project Delivery Manager with responsibility for the project management, business analysis and software test team.

Joel Williams, Development Manager

A computer science graduate, Joel started his career at Hochtief before joining Auros as a technical consultant in 2006. He played a key role through 2009-10 in evaluating potential new technology options for Auros, which resulted in our decision to adopt EPiServer and subsequently Umbraco. Since July 2010, Joel has led the Auros development team with responsibility for all aspects of software development within the business.

Tim Wakefield, Service Delivery Manager

Tim started his career at the Audit Commission, before being appointed Head of the Application Management and Testing Practice at Spring in 1996. Tim joined Auros in 2009 and was appointed Service Delivery Manager in September 2010. In this role he oversees the delivery of all aspects of service delivery, encompassing 'business as usual', hosting, support and managed services.
