Delivering
Modus, Auros' own project methodology, is the project
management methodology that Auros applies to all client
engagements. This methodology provides a framework for consultancy
and software development projects, which can then be tailored to
provide a delivery approach that addresses the specific
requirements of each client engagement.
Project management
Auros uses best
practice project management techniques, industry standard
development methodologies and a team who have gained extensive
experience of working in a structured environment both on client
projects and through externally accredited project management and
quality management training programs. All Auros Project Managers
are fully accreditedPRINCE 2 Practitioners and the team includes
two fully accredited ISO9001 TickIT Auditors.
