Auros sets the pace as one of the UK’s leading businesses, say the European Business Awards
20 May 2010 - Auros, Web Content Management implementation specialist, today announced it has been selected to represent the UK in the prestigious 2010 European Business Award programme, sponsored by HSBC.
Fast growing Auros beat stiff competition to be selected as one of 25 Country Representatives alongside organisations which include Bovis Lend Lease, Centrica and The Fairtrade Foundation.
Auros experienced over 163% revenue growth in 2008/2009 and is forecast to continue this impressive trend in the coming year. Web Content Management software empowers non technical users to edit and maintain website content realising the potential of their web presence, be that internet or intranet. Having established a strong reputation implementing Alterian Content Management Systems (CMS), Auros grew its offering this year with the addition of the EPiServer family of technologies. This consolidates Auros' position as the leading .NET CMS implementer enabling the provision of integrated Content, Community and Commerce technology services.
"The European Business Awards is widely recognised as the showcase for Europe's most innovative and sustainable businesses and we are delighted to have been selected to represent the UK." said Dominic Mills, Managing Director. "This is a great testament to the wealth of experience of the Auros team whose skill and professionalism continues to deliver outstanding online projects to our clients. It's an honour to be recognised as a leader in our field in this, our 10th year. We're looking forward to the next round of the competition where we'll be competing across Europe to receive a Ruban d'Honneur."
