e2train, Auros and EPiServer

Auros is very pleased to announce that we have recently been engaged by e2train, an award-winning supplier of learning, performance and talent management technologies, to implement and host their new EPiServer driven website.

The project has already begun with Auros working closely with e2train to understand their business and website goals. This crucial initial project stage will enable Auros to collaboratively define the user experience, wireframes and requirements for the new adaptive site. The creative designs will be driven from the wireframes and will include desktop, tablet and mobile views.

Auros will leverage the personalisation features within EPiServer to optimise the user experience for each of e2train's distinct user groups. The site will be integrated with Salesforce and Silverpop to allow e2train to ensure that website leads are proactively managed within these best-of-breed relationship management systems. To increase traffic to the website and drive lead conversion, Auros will implement EPiServer Social Reach enabling e2train to more effectively manage and track social media campaigns. Additionally, the new site will be integrated with three existing e2train extranet systems that provide knowledge management, self-service support and customer feedback functionality.

Once developed, the new e2train website will be deployed into the Auros cloud – an enterprise-class cloud hosting environment specifically designed to host EPiServer sites.

Dave Iles, e2train Head of Marketing, explained their approach:

To ensure our customers receive the best information and support from our website, e2train have initiated a project to build a new site that utilises the feature set and ease of use provided by the EPiServer content management system. For the design and build of the site we have partnered with Auros, an EPiServer partner based in Bristol. Auros has a robust design and build process that meets our own high levels of project criteria and a website portfolio that demonstrates a creative, practical and effective approach to website design and usability.

We look forward to updating you as the project progresses!

Global roll-out of new websites for online course and training provider

We are proud to announce the release of the new regional websites for online course and training provider Global Knowledge.

We were commissioned by Global Knowledge to provide design, usability, requirements gathering and build services. This included working closely with the supplier of their bespoke course booking system to ensure the new websites would integrate and display their course data correctly, whilst improving the existing booking and checkout process.

The finished website is flexible and scalable. Global Knowledge can create new websites when required. The design works with multilingual content and from the first site we supplied, Global Knowledge have scaled the site to host 15+ unique regional websites as well as using the new design html to implement a refreshed version of their .com website on another technology.
