Knauf Insulation represents one of the most respected and progressive names in insulation worldwide, offering a wide range of insulation materials to meet the growing demand for energy efficiency and acoustic performance in new and existing homes, commercial buildings and industrial applications.

To deliver a unified, content rich, web presence across Knauf Insulation’s business units in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

What Auros did

Auros designed, developed and implemented eight CMS driven multi-lingual public facing websites for Knauf Insulation.

Content is delivered to users in eight languages: Danish, English (American), English (Australian), English (British), Finnish, French Canadian), Norwegian and Swedish. Auros now provides ongoing hosting and support for these sites, and works closely with Knauf Insulation to develop further enhancements.

This project has taken a previously fragmented web presence to a unified level in terms of technology, CMS and visual design.

Recent developments, post initial site deployment, include the development of a Technical Knowledgebase (USA site), implementation of a Zipcode Finder tool (USA site) to enable users to find their nearest Knauf distributor, contractor or sales representative and deployment of video content (USA and UK sites).
