Quality Policy
Issue 2.0
It is the policy of Auros Ltd to provide customers with a
quality service that meets contractual requirements, any applicable
legal and statutory requirements and codes of practice.
Auros seek to continually improve the effectiveness of the
Quality Management System, which is reviewed during Management
Review Meetings which will occur at least twice yearly. At these
meetings measures are decided to improve the existing quality
objectives and establish new objectives, wherever the system may
benefit from doing so.
The ongoing suitability of this Quality Policy is reviewed
during the Quality Management Review Meetings. We ensure that the
Quality Policy and Quality Manual reflect what we actually do.
The Company adopts a process of continual improvement towards
its processes and products:
- Staff are encouraged to review their working practices and
suggest methods for improvement, where appropriate. In addition,
all relevant processes are reviewed periodically and improvements
determined where practical.
- The performance of products and Services are reviewed via data
collected from Testing, Customer feedback and surveys and by the
analysis of our performance in delivering Service Level Agreements.
Wherever practical improvements will be made, so that the products
and services are provided on time and to cost in a professional and
user-friendly way.
The Company ensures that every member of staff is familiar with,
and carries out, the procedures that are applicable to their area
of work within the Company.
This Quality Policy is issued and explained to all employees
upon commencement of work with the Company. A copy is displayed for
employees on the Auros Intranet and for clients is available on the
Auros website.
Scope of Business Activity
The organisation operates a quality management system that has
gained BS ISO9001 – 2000 certification, including aspects specific
to:
Provision of Software services and support, specifically
development of bespoke web plug-ins and Web Content Management.
