Company Background

MHS Homes is a non-profit making organisation which owns and manages around 7,500 quality homes for people at affordable rents in the Medway area of Kent.

Business Need

MHS Homes wanted to replace a relatively static website with a content managed solution to reduce support and maintenance costs, make the process of content updates and approvals much easier and in turn encourage content contributors to update MHS’ public facing internet presence more frequently.  At the same time, through integration with MHS Homes’ property management system, MHS Homes were keen to enable their existing and prospective tenants to benefit from direct access to details and photographs of currently available property.

What Auros Did

Auros’ remit encompassed:

• Visual design in collaboration with MHS Homes’ internal design team
• Conversion of these designs into Immediacy templates
• Website build
• Design and development of interface between Immediacy driven site and
• MHS Homes property management system
• End user trainingImplementation, including post ‘go-live’ support services
