It reflects the commitment and dedication of Team Auros and the strength of the relationships that we continue to build with our clients across a wide range of market sectors - relationships that have enabled us to take the business to these levels.  I look forward to continuing to grow the business, despite the tough economic climate that we have all been trading in.”

David Halstead, Partner leading the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, says, “In spite of the challenging financial market conditions, the 2009 Deloitte Fast 50 shows that stellar growth rates are still possible. The Technology Fast 50 awards are an opportunity for businesses to gain recognition for their successes and achievements over the previous 12 months.

“The importance of a company's relationship with its customers is clear - listening to feedback and providing an excellent service are crucial in achieving these impressive levels of growth through a turbulent time for the sector.”

Dominic started his first enterprise age 11 and his passion for business grew from there.  Following graduation from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Business Studies, he held several project management and commercial roles at Unisys before co-founding Auros in 2001 with zero external funding.  Catherine, an Information Technology graduate from Cardiff University and now Auros Finance Director spent her early career in a series of software development and analytical roles at British Gas, the Ministry of Defence and Yorkshire Electricity.  She then moved into a project financial management role at Unisys before joining Dominic to create Auros.  Dominic continues to lead Auros, driving the overall business strategy and having direct responsibility for the sales and marketing functions within the business.
