Accreditation, Accreditation this time it's Education

The Immediacy Training Accreditation Programme has been set up to develop a network of training centres that will deliver a consistent standard of Immediacy training at a time and place that is convenient to customers anywhere in the UK.

Becoming an Immediacy Training Centre is by invitation only. Invited Partner organisations must send their trainers on exhaustive training accreditation programmes where they are assessed both for their Immediacy product knowledge and their training delivery skills. Only by meeting exacting standards in both areas will delegates receive accreditation to deliver courses. Following accreditation Immediacy will continue to track the performance of accredited trainers and ensure standard are maintained by monitoring the feedback provided by course attendees.

“Establishing a professional network of accredited Immediacy training partners is vital to ensure our customers derive the maximum value from their investment in Immediacy software,” says Philip Macdonald, partner programme manager at Immediacy. “Content management technology continues to evolve rapidly and by bringing training closer to our customers we are making it easier for developers and users to refresh their knowledge and fully exploit all of Immediacy’s rich functionality.”

Bristol-based Auros is currently the only Immediacy partner accredited to the highest status - Platinum. Auros has undertaken more than 75 implementations of Immediacy-driven internet, extranet and ecommerce sites.

The company will use its substantial expertise to offer Immediacy customers a supportive and enthusiastic learning environment for their staff. “Auros aims to provide the highest standard of knowledge transfer to clients, and understands the importance of maintaining a fresh approach to the array of courses we offer. Our dedicated resources are committed to adding value to the learning experience. They are both adaptive and responsive to client capabilities, and are professional and prepared in their approach” says Auros Marketing Manager Chloe Neath.
