Auros man in liferingOne of the key factors in delivering and maintaining a project that is both complete and on-time is the speed of response when issues arise. Our clients need to know that we are always on hand to offer assistance when it is required.

Our support team uses a ‘triage’ approach for all support calls to assess each concern and ascertain its urgency and impact on both the project, and the client’s business as a whole. In this way we are able to make sure that any issues that do arise are addressed in the most efficient way possible, and with the minimum impact on your business.

Our support team has significant experience in all aspects of delivering a WCM project, enabling them to more proactively manage our clients’ requests.

Our support web portal provides functionality for ticketing, change-tracking and recording of resolutions, and so provides a comprehensive audit trail for issues and work requests, as well as a constant reference point for the progression of work.

Auros Services Retainer

For issues that fall outside of the scope of a project, or even for ongoing development, we are able to offer a system of pre-paid support through the purchase of an "Auros Services Retainer". Our clients can request alterations and improvements to a project, to be undertaken at short notice, and without the need for any intermediate sign-off.

The combination of our comprehensive standard support package along with the option of ‘on-tap’ development, allows us to provide an unparalleled level of after-sales customer care.

One-to-One Service

Auros people meetingOnce a project has been delivered and signed off, a dedicated Client Relationship Manager is assigned to become the single point of contact for the client. By assigning a member of our staff to deal exclusively with a particular project, we are able to ensure that our clients are working directly with someone who has a real insight into their business, as well as an appreciation of how we might help in the future.

Regular personal visits help to reinforce this, allowing us to keep our clients informed of the latest product and service advancements, and providing a platform for them to update us on any current work or outstanding requirements.
