Analysing Learning Needs
We recognise that training and knowledge transfer is an
essential part of any WCM project. We work with clients to assess
their learning needs, considering a range of factors including
previous WCM experience, user numbers and type of training
required. We use this information as the basis for our training
proposal, be it for end users or our client’s own training staff,
responsible for the further dissemination of knowledge.
Delivering Courses
With both dedicated training staff and dedicated training
facilities at our Bristol offices, Auros is able to deliver an

Our training facilities are
located in Clifton, Bristol, away from the noise and bustle of city
centres, but still easily accessible by both car and by public
transport. Class sizes are restricted for effectiveness and
efficiency, and trainees have the option to participate in multiple
courses without a lengthy wait in-between, allowing course
knowledge to build in a coherent way.
