Terms and Conditions
Rescheduling / Cancellation by Candidates or
Company of Candidate
A standard percentage fee will be charged in
accordance with the period of notification that candidates give to
reschedule or cancel their places.
> 21 days = 0% charge
7-21 days = 50% charge
< 7 days = 100% charge
Rescheduling / Cancellation by Auros
Ltd
If an alternative date cannot be confirmed suitable by the
candidate, should Auros have to cancel / postpone a training
activity, entitlement to a full refund is applicable. Auros
reserves the right to re-schedule a scheduled training course if
a minimum booking level of three trainees per course day is
not achieved.
Substitution of Trainees
Clients may substitute one enrolled trainee for another, up to 7
days prior to the commencement date of the course, without
incurring a cancellation fee provided that Auros is informed in
writing. This enables Auros to ensure that correct equipment
is supplied and the necessary arrangement can still be made prior
to the date of the course.
Commencement of
Courses
All courses will start promptly at 10am at the
Auros Offices, Dyrham Lodge unless
otherwise stated. Due to this prompt start it is highly recommended
trainees arrive no later than 9:45am to register. It is the
candidates’ responsibility to contact Auros, should circumstances
mean that they will not make the punctual commencement.
Force Majeure
If for unforeseen circumstances a candidate
cannot attend a training course, or Auros cannot host the course an
alternative date will be negotiated for candidates to transfer to,
providing that all possible procedures to attend, within reason,
have been attempted.
Suitability of Course
Content
Auros strongly advises potential candidates to
review the courses’ aims, content and benefits before signing
up to ensure that they are enrolling on the appropriate course to
them. Auros are happy to advise prior to booking, however refunds
will not be given once a booking has been made except in the
circumstances detailed above.
Offers
Offers for monetary savings are only available
for companies adhering to the exact requirements of the offer
itself, and whilst places on the initial training courses scheduled
remain available. Extra dates added to the schedule after initial
courses become full, will not be entitled to receive the offers
available even if they are scheduled before the calendar deadline
for booking.
Catering
In addition to refreshments supplied
throughout the day, Auros will provide a lunch, at approximately
12:30pm. Trainees should advise any specific dietary requirements
at the time of booking, otherwise it may not be possible for Auros
to meet these needs.
Equipment
All equipment is specific for training use
only and is maintained to a high standard by Auros technicians on
site. Auros therefore has the right to charge for any damage caused
to their equipment that may not have been deemed as an accident by
the trainer present at the time.
